Yes, they fascinate me.  I find them more fascinating than tattoos, not to mention more telling.  Sometimes I find scars sexy, more often bad-ass, occasionally empathy-generating.  Scars are almost all unique and are external bookmarks for life events.  I think the stories behind them are always more interesting than any “This is what my tattoo means to me” story.
